1. With every order, we provide a warranty certificate for the jewelry, which grants you a
warranty valid for one year from the date of purchase.
2. The warranty is invalid if the product has been altered or if gold has been added. In such
cases, an additional charge will apply.
3. If a defect is found in the jewelry due to reasonable use, it will be repaired under the warranty.
Please note that the warranty does not cover cases of torn or broken jewelry, scratches, fading,
peeling of gold/gold plating/silver (if applicable), tarnishing, changes in the color of gold, or
damage caused by unreasonable use or malicious damage.
4. Make sure to keep the warranty certificate and purchase receipt!
This service will be provided upon presentation of the warranty certificate and the purchase
receipt.
5. Any jewelry treatment by someone unauthorized by the company will void the warranty and
release the company from all service obligations related to the jewelry and service
responsibilities for the jewelry.
6. Jewelry returns and refunds are permitted from the date of purchase until two non-business
days thereafter, provided the jewelry is returned in its original packaging, undamaged, unused,
and unmodified. The customer must present written proof of the transaction.
Refunds will only be issued for jewelry purchased for an amount not exceeding 3,000 NIS
(Consumer Protection Law).
7. Exchanges are permitted only within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the receipt
is presented.
8. The warranty does not cover the loss of stones, including diamonds and other gemstones.
9. There is no warranty for diamonds or gemstones, including any cracks, fractures, or quality
issues related to the stones.
10. There is no warranty on repairs.
11. Items sold as part of a promotion are not eligible for return or exchange.
12. Jewelry that has been altered or custom-designed at the Customer’s request cannot be
refunded or exchanged.
